Oseas has been a member of the Santa Fe Management, Inc. team since May 2003. Oseas is one of our most experienced Maintenance Technicians and brings innovative ideas to all aspects of our community. Oseas has been nominated for the Apartment Association of Southern Cities’s Maintenance Technician of the Year award over ten times and remains one of our most talented and dedicated team members. Oseas enjoys working with his co-workers, Resident Managers and Residents. Oseas is excellent at troubleshooting and can quickly devise a solution to any problem that arises. Oseas’ co-workers describe him as self-motivated, dedicated and organized.

In his spare time Oseas enjoys helping and volunteering in his community.
